Jennifer Peirce Brandt, P.E.
Founder and Principal

Jennifer Peirce Brandt is a founder and principal of Peirce Engineering. She graduated from Drexel University with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering.

Ms. Brandt is currently a registered professional engineer in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Delaware Valley Geo-Institute (ASCE DVGI), and the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE). Ms. Brandt started her career in 1992 and has worked for companies such as The Conduit and Foundation Corporation, Urban Engineers, Inc., and Associated Engineering Consultants, Inc. In addition to her engineering responsibilities, she acts as the company's Chief Operating Officer.

 

Beth Anne Peirce
Founder and Principal

Beth Anne Peirce is a founder and principal of Peirce Engineering. Ms. Peirce works as Peirce Engineering’s office manager. In this capacity, Ms. Peirce helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. She supports the engineers in client relationship management and also manages the company’s accounting, payroll, and HR functions.

 

 

John J. Peirce, Jr., P.E., D.GE
Founder and Principal

John J. Peirce is a founder and principal of Peirce Engineering. He graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering; Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Management and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering; Geotechnical Engineering.

Mr. Peirce is a past president and board member of the Delaware Valley Section of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE). He is also a Life Member and Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Pile Driving Contractors Association (PDCA), the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI), and The Moles. In 2002, John was named the ASCE Philadelphia Section’s Engineer of the Year. In 2011, Mr. Peirce was inducted as a Diplomate, Geotechnical Engineering by The Academy of Geo-Professionals and was a contributing author of Temporary Structures in Construction, 3rd Edition. He also holds patent number 4,911,582 for a concrete replacement wall method. John has been an adjunct professor at Villanova University since 2016 teaching a graduate-level course, Foundation Engineering.

Civil Engineer

John J. Peirce, III graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is currently a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Maryland. John is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Delaware Valley Geo-Institute (ASCE DVGI), and the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE).

Mr. Peirce has over 20 years of experience working as an engineer, field inspector, and lab technician for Peirce Engineering, Schnabel Engineering, Inc., and Pennoni Associates, Inc. He is certified with the Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI), American Concrete Institute (ACI), and the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET).
